- Paying for your Foxy order constitutes the acceptance of our terms and conditions outlined below. US and international orders are processed in USD.
- Goods remain the property of Foxy Originals until payment is received in full.
- Most Foxy items are kept in stock, but there is a possibility that certain items may be temporarily sold-out. In this case, we will indicate online that this item is currently not available. In this situation, please check back soon to see the status of your desired item. Stock-outs don’t usually last for more than two weeks.
- We strive to design and create jewelry pieces with the utmost dedication and quality of care. As our pieces are each hand crafted, it is natural that there may be slight variations in colors and finishes. Please bear in mind that the colors seen on your computer may vary from the actual product color.
- All gift vouchers purchased from partner sites and coupon codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional codes or discounts offered by Foxy Originals.
- Free gift will be added to the order when order cart has reached $75 or more, after all discounts/promotional coupons have been applied.
- Due to occasional stock outs, the free gift item may not be available as listed. Foxy Originals reserves the right to substitute another item of similar value.

- Shipments within North America: $8 flat rate, ground service
- Shipments within North America over $75 include FREE SHIPPING
- International orders: We use Small Packet, Internation Air Service, no tracking available. Select countries have been added to our shipping list. If you are shipping to a country not on the list, an email will be sent to you following your order with the shipping costs for that country.
Shipments should reach you within two weeks of order confirmation. The accuracy of the shipping address is the responsibility of the purchaser. Please ensure that you indicate any pertinent information required to deliver the package in a timely manner, including company name, apartment numbers and buzzer numbers. If there is a change in the shipping address, please notify us within 24 hours of placing the order. If a package is returned due to an error in the shipping information provided by the purchaser, you will be responsible for the charges to reship.
- Processing an order generally takes 1-10 business day(s) from time of order for all items that we have in stock. Order processing times may be delayed if an item is out of stock on your order. In these cases, a friendly Foxy Originals Customer Service Representitive will notify you by email.
- We ship orders Monday through Friday using Canada Post. Services with Canada Post can take 1-14 business days for delivery. All orders include shipping, handling and insurance in the final cost. If you require your order to ship earlier than the provided time, please indicate this on your order under the section entitled ‘special instructions’. We will contact you with shipping options and additional costs.
- Orders shipping to the US are sent via Canada Post or UPS, depending on the destination.
- All domestic orders will have a tracking number that will be emailed once the order has shipped.
- International orders will not have a tracking number. Please note with international shipments, delivery may take 2-4 weeks.
RETURNS and EXCHANGES
We pride ourselves in creating and producing jewelry of the highest quality, complying by strict regulations. Our jewelry and its components meet all North American safety standards, and are nickel-free and lead-free.
We want to ensure that your purchases are made with confidence. In the case where you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will gladly arrange for an exchange or refund.
