Jen Kluger and Suzie Orol believe that life should be fun, bright and full of excitement, and founded Foxy Originals based on these beliefs. These two young jewelry designers met while studying at the University of Western Ontario and set out to build a company with a vision: to make high style fashion jewelry accessible to young women.
Jen and Suzie started small. They sold a modest line of jewelry to friends and acquaintances on campus and in the summer took Foxy on the road to various outdoor festivals and concerts. Before they knew it, Foxy was all the rage. Buyers began to recognize this unique company and the innovative, affordable designs it had to offer. It wasn't long before Foxy could be found in boutiques across the country!
Upon graduation, with business degrees in their back pockets, Jen and Suzie left corporate job offers behind and went to work for Foxy. Since 2003, these dedicated women have been pursuing their passion for jewelry full-time. When they are not busy designing a new line, Jen and Suzie focus on promoting Foxy in new markets. Today, Foxy is sold in hundreds of stores across Canada and the United Sates and is quickly expanding beyond North America.
Jen and Suzie are inspired by their customers and continue to appreciate all the support and enthusiasm they receive. They strive to provide women with that added touch of flair that gives them confidence to say "hey world, here I am!". With each new line, Foxy reinvents itself, adopting the latest styles and setting new trends. Customers have come to count on Foxy as a company dedicated to all things funky and fun.
Foxy jewelry is designed and made in Toronto, Canada where it is assembled by a small production team of skilled craftspeople whose true pride and workmanship is evident in the high quality of each Foxy creation. All Foxy jewelry is made from pewter and is coated in Gold, Silver or Bronze with a matte finish. Each is then stamped with the Foxy signature to authenticate the designs. From this common starting place, the pieces are transformed into original works through the integration of enamel, stones, leather and ultra-suede.
Some pieces are hand-infused with vibrant colour enamel, while others are inset with faceted Czech glass stones to create a sparkle. Leather and ultra-suedes lend a soft natural look to otherwise simple silver pieces.
