Returns and Exchanges

Thank you so much for your order with Foxy Originals!

We strive to ensure all Foxy customers are completely satisfied with their Foxy products.  If you are anyway unhappy with your purchase, you can return your goods for an exchange or refund. Please follow the instructions below.

 

Foxy Originals does not cover the cost to ship your returned or exchanged items back to us, however; we do cover the cost of shipping out any replacements or exchanges.

 

Exchanges

  • If you’re not satisfied with your purchase or would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please download and fill out the form below.  Make sure to only list the items you are exchanging.
  •  Please be advised that you must return your order in unworn condition (with Foxy tag still on) within 20 days of receiving the goods. 
  • Foxy Originals is not responsible for any item that is not returned in the manner set forth above.
  • When shipping back returns, we strongly recommend you obtain proof of posting and a tracking number. We cannot accept responsibility for lost parcels.
  • Final sale items include all clearances and sales.  Any items bought under these conditions will not be accepted for exchange.

 

Returns

  • To return your merchandise, please be advised that you must return your order in unworn condition (with Foxy tag still on) within 15 days of receiving the goods.
  • Foxy Originals is not responsible for any item that is not returned in the manner set forth above.
  • Final sale items include all clearances and sales.  Any items bought under these conditions will not be accepted for return.

 

Receiving a Refund

  • All accurately returned products will be credited as either a refund to the original purchaser’s credit card excluding shipping costs, or given back as a coupon code for store credit.  You can specify your preference on the return form.
  • Any due refunds will be processed back onto the original card used for payment within 14 business days.  Refunds include the cost of the goods, less the cost of shipping.
  • Returns during the holiday period:  Any purchases intended for or received as a gift during December 1st-24th can be credited or exchanged until January 20th.  This is an extended period outside the standard terms to accommodate the gift giving season.

 

Note about Shipping Costs

  • When shipping back returns, we strongly recommend you obtain proof of posting and a tracking number. We cannot accept responsibility for lost parcels.
  • We do not sell used items and will not accept any item with any indication that it was used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser.
